Middle school is a pivotal season in a student’s academic and personal development—a time when curiosity is high, identity is forming, and habits of mind are taking shape. At Logos International School, our Middle School program is intentionally designed to meet students at this stage with both care and challenge.
Guided by Christian principles and the conviction that every student is created in the image of God and therefore possesses inherent value and worth, we cultivate an environment where students are known, supported, and meaningfully stretched.
Our Middle School curriculum is comprehensive and American-based, emphasizing strong foundations in core academic subjects while drawing on proven instructional practices and effective learning strategies. Instruction is culturally responsive to our international context, ensuring students feel both challenged and understood.
Our internationally trained and certified teachers are deeply invested in student growth, helping learners strengthen essential academic skills while beginning to discover and develop individual interests that prepare them for high school and beyond.

Teachers who know, guide, and challenge each learner
Learning at Logos extends well beyond the classroom. Middle school students are encouraged to participate in a wide range of clubs and activities that foster creativity, collaboration, and confidence.
Club offerings include Model United Nations, journalism, dance, baking, running, ornithology, and more—providing students with meaningful opportunities to explore interests and develop new skills.
Each grade from sixth through eighth also participates in a dedicated week-long class trip designed to promote peer bonding, character development, and experiential learning.
Athletics play an important role in Middle School life at Logos. As a member of the ASEAN Sports and Activities Conference (ASAC), students compete at an age-appropriate yet challenging level.
Teams regularly travel to neighboring countries for tournaments, gaining international exposure while developing teamwork, discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship under the guidance of our athletic director.
Competitive athletics that build character, confidence, and teamwork
Above all, Middle School at Logos is a supportive community where healthy peer relationships are intentionally cultivated and students are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and spiritually (see ESLRs).
Our goal is to prepare students well for the academic rigor of high school while helping them develop confidence, an attitude of lifelong learning, and a strong sense of belonging.
