Have you seen these framed ESLR photos displayed around school? They help us to put the ideas into a practical application.  Look out for the others as you walk around the school.

PARENTS IN PRAYER

Parents in Prayer groups for English, Khmer, and Korean languages have begun. If you are interested in meeting with others to pray for LOGOS (students, teachers, and community), please contact Jodi Beck at jbeck@asianhope.org.

The Korean mothers meet every Tuesday at 1:30 PM in Room 211 for prayer.

SECONDARY:

Week of Sept 19

Hello Secondary Parents,

You are welcome to join us for the Principals’ Parent Meeting this Friday, September 23rd from 8-9am. All parents are invited to join this social event, not just elementary and early years parents. The details are mentioned in the graphic above.

Please remember that Pchum Ben is a no homework holiday for all students except those in AP classes and VHS classes. For those courses, students will need to continue their assignments.

I pray that you all have a restful break and enjoy time together as a family!
~Mrs. Stanley

A NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE

Traveling to rural areas during the Pchum Ben Holiday?
Please be reminded that dengue fever is highly prevalent during this time of year. If you are planning to travel, please take measures to prevent mosquito bites. Remember to:

-wear mosquito repellent if outside after dark
-wear long pants and shirts that are loose-fitting
-use screens on your doors and windows
-and sleep under a mosquito net if in rural areas.

Logos coffee shop on it’s way.

(Photo is just an idea and not the actual coffee shop)
