1.1 Has a growing relationship with Christ as his/her personal Savior

1.2. Finds his/her identity in Christ

1.3. Appreciates the Bible as the inspired Word of God

1.4. Participates in service and evangelism, and shares and defends his/her beliefs

1.5. Makes moral and ethical decisions based on a biblical worldview

1.6. Recognizes the importance of a well-balanced spiritual, emotional, and physical lifestyle

A NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE

Phnom Penh and many parts of Cambodia are currently experiencing intense, heavy rainfalls. A simple journey of traveling home, to work or school, can be delayed and become more challenging. Below are some tips while driving during a heavy rain:

Slow down–leave more space between yourself and other vehicles.
Avoid using your phones–it is tempting to quickly text or check messages while driving, but this is very dangerous. Put down your phones and focus on the roads.
Be wary of flooded roads–be extra cautious of puddles and standing water. What may look like a minor puddle might actually be a hiding deep pothole. This is especially dangerous for moto drivers and cyclists.
Navigate slowly–for those with cars, be considerate of other road users and be careful not to accidentally spray them with your vehicles when passing by.
Leave the house early–it is more difficult to think rationally while driving if you are in a rush. Thus, monitor the weather and plan to leave the house earlier than usual.
