Simple Yet Effective
You may have heard, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” This is a golden rule. As time progresses, you could do tons of expensive things for someone else. But, the one thing that does not cost much and can easily be done for your neighbors is Wash your hands and wear a mask occasionally. The COVID-19 era has made wearing a mask more acceptable in social settings.
This month, there seem to be a lot of common colds, flu, and especially sore throats that are going around among students and teachers. You can help others by being diligent with frequent hand washing and wearing a mask when you have signs of coughs and sneezes. If sick, stay home to rest so that the body can recover.
Another support for yourself is to be vigilant with your daily hydration, proper nutrition quality rest, and regular exercise. These are the best forms of protection/prevention anyone could do it for the body. Sometimes, it is hard to keep. But, if you do, you will be thankful.
