If you have a phone number in Cambodia, you probably hear a few messages while you wait for the other person to answer. It has been a few months of a campaign where the government is trying to alert the citizens about the potential hazards of food that are too sweet, salty, and fatty, and the irresponsible use of alcoholic beverages. As we hear the messages, if also understood, may we think about all these warnings.
If you are already cautious regarding these matters, then how can you be a part of these important messages to help notch someone in the right direction or even help our own family members to rethink what they usually like to enjoy? We always desire for a long and healthy life, but that healthy life will depend on our daily choices that we make each day. May you be blessed this week!
