On Friday we said farewell to TidSureyah Tach. We want to thank Sureyah for his work over the last few months as he has substituted for Pari as the school nurse. On Monday we welcomed back Sopari Sor.
May God bless Sureyah for his service to the community and Sopari Sor as she returns after her maternity leave
Next week! We welcome visitors.
We look forward to welcoming Paul Tesi, Asian Hope CEO, to Cambodia again! This year it is wonderful that Rick Casey (Chairman of the Asian Hope Board) and his wife, Ruth will also come to visit. They last came in 2016 so they will notice a lot of changes! Jeffrey Murphy, AH Director of Mission Advancement, and his daughter will join the team as well. Kevin Cloran and his daughter will also be coming to support activities at Asian Hope’s VDP.
You may see them at Logos on Tuesday 9th April. Please pray for safe travels from the US

A NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE
Phnom Penh will be experiencing excessive heat from now until around April 9.
With high temperatures and humidity, the body works extremely hard to maintain normal body temperatures.
This is one of the reasons why people often report feeling tired during the hotter months. When the body overheats, a person experiences a variety of symptoms such as dizziness, muscle cramps, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain, and a general sense of weakness. During this time of extreme heat, it is important to:
Stay hydrated: drink plenty of water, and replenish electrolytes with sports drinks, Royal D, or coconut water.
- Dress appropriately: wear lightweight, loose-fitting, and light-colored clothing.
- Avoid strenuous activities during the hottest part of the day (10 AM to 4 PM).
