HATS
We have a supply of LOGOS “Baseball Caps” available for sale in the office. The cost is just $3. These are great for children (and adults!) to use for outside activities and we’ll be encouraging our students to use these to protect themselves from some of the severe UV rays that we are exposed to each day.
A NOTE FROM SCHOOL NURSE
The cool, windy weather may bring symptoms such as a dry, itchy, runny or stuffy nose. You may experience headaches or a dry throat. It is common that when the air is cool and dry, people are more prone to experiencing allergies or cold-like symptoms. Remember to take good care of yourself by having sufficient amounts of sleep, keeping hydrated (drink water throughout the day before you feel thirsty), frequently washing your hands, and continuing to maintain an appropriate social and physical distance. If your child feels unwell, please monitor your child at home. Do not send medication with your child to school without consulting with me first. All medication requires a doctor’s prescription and must be dropped off by parents at our office. The Medication Authorization Form must be filled out and signed by parents.
