After-School Program 2012-2013

Dear Elementary Parents,

Logos will be starting its after-school program on August 27^th for Grades K-5.  The first semester will run until December 14.  The times will be from 3:30-4:30 each day.  Students will need to be picked up promptly at 4:30pm. For students not picked up by 4:45pm a fee of $2 will be charged.  A late van service is also available for $1.75/day in Toul Kork area and $2/day for beyond Toul Kork area.

Students are allowed to sign up for which ever sessions they want to attend each week.  A registration form will be going home with your child on Thursday, August 17^th.  Fees will be $35/session for the semester ($60 for baking).  The registration form and fees for the first semester will be due on August 27^th to Miss Socheata in the front office. No refunds will be given for early withdrawal or missed days.  Due to limited space enrollment for each session will be limited.
