STUDENT ACTIVITIES PROGRAM

Philosophy and Purpose

[singlepic=120,320,240,,left]The purpose and rationale of the student activities program is to provide a wide range of additional enriching experiences and opportunities for students outside of the regular classroom. [toc class="toc-right" style="max-width:200px"]By providing this arena of extra-curricular activities, students have an opportunity to cultivate, learn, and develop other areas of their well-being.

Activities provide fun, challenge, encourage school spirit, or service for others.”

These activities allow students to develop and exemplify Christian character and virtues. Whether the activities are within the school community or part of the larger outside community, students have an opportunity to grow and develop socially, intellectually, spiritually, emotionally or physically. The staff encourages students to participate in these additional activities because they believe the students will benefit in their over-all educational experience at Logos International School.
